    <li>Springbok - Amarula and Creme de Menthe (the classic, can't go wrong here)</li>
    <li>Gemsbok - Amarula and Kahlua (also quite tasty)</li>
    <li>Spitzkoppe Special - Amarula, Kahlua and Creme de Menthe (this was a campfire creation!)</li>
    <li>Swakop - Amarula and Jaegermeister (try at your own risk)</li>
    <li>Messum Monster - Amarula and peach liquor (created with Kate & Gareth - quite interesting)</li>
