Welcome

This website is the result of our dreams to travel the world, to truly experience and live in the diversity this planet has to offer and to be able to capture these experiences through photography and short stories. It is our goal to share with you these experiences – the colourful people, breathtaking landscapes and spectacular wildlife.

The initial leg of our travels was to traverse the African continent in a Land Rover! Our journey began on June 1, 2005. Unfortunately, after less time than planned and with an unsuccessful attempt at crossing the African continent, we had to return to Canada. Will there be a second attempt in the future? This is still to be determined.

After several months back in Canada - and a few small trips to various Canadian and American cities - travels continued to the amazing subcontinent of India! The trip drew to an unfortunate end with with the misfortune of being robbed and thus being alleviated of all my camera gear, electronics, wallet and travel documents. Regardless of this incident, India still holds a very special place within me and I will surely return!

Changing pace, continents, culture and pretty much everything else, I spent six weeks traveling in Portugal in the summer of 2007. After a short stint back in Canada to complete a photography assignment and to attend my nephews birthday as I had promised, I returned back to Europe for another six months! It was great to explore bits of Europe I had not seen, meet up with friends and spend time with family. I also developed a peculiar affinity for Scotland...
